I've got another recipe for you guys!
On Sunday I was trying to come up with something to eat for supper, and I decided to make a go of the ingredients I already had. I used one pound of ground chuck, half a bag of shredded cheese, 1/4 jar of parmesan cheese, and three eggs.
Mixing up all the ingredients in a bowl, I made sure to create a consistent mixture by kneading the meat in the bowl with my hands. I then rolled the mixture into round balls, placing them evenly on a baking pan covered with aluminum foil coated in a light layer of olive oil.
I baked at 375* for 20 minutes (you might want to bake them a little longer, depending on how large the meatballs are, and then took them out of the oven to let them cool. Before eating, I sprinkled a bit more shredded cheese on top and drizzled a bit of low-carb pasta sauce on top.
Another winning recipe!
